Nice place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. I remember the staff helping me with my suitcases on my first stay. Highly recommend enjoying the breakfast!

A Bit Disappointing for a Hilton
We stayed for a night in a room that felt dusty and dated. The air conditioning was loud, making it hard to sleep. However, the friendly staff made dining at the hotel enjoyable, especially the homemade yogurt at breakfast. For a better experience, consider other hotels along Paseo de Montejo.

The hotel has lovely colonial charm, comfortable beds, and very accommodating staff who helped with plans. However, the front desk could be more personable, and the noise from the street and corridors can be bothersome at times. The food in the restaurant is remarkable and worth a visit.

The Deluxe Room was okay but didn't blow me away. The bed was comfortable, but the overall vibe felt a bit outdated. We had to switch rooms since the first one had some issues, and the staff was helpful with that. The bathroom was nice, but the room itself just felt a little cramped. Not what I expected for the price.

A delightful strange experience
Woke up to a warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. The comfortable beds made our stay cozy despite a rough start. Truly a memorable stay!
Unfortunately, we faced issues with an outdated air conditioner that kept us awake at night. The location felt a bit far from the center as well.

The homemade yogurt at breakfast was a delightful find! Plus, the hotel is just a short walk from local gems like La Pigua Merida and Teya—perfect for your culinary explorations. The staff's friendliness really sealed the deal for me.
It's a bummer that the hotel ambiance felt dusty and dated, and the pool was less than inviting. I expected a bit more sparkle for the price, especially with the noisy AC and the inability to crack a window open.

Not what I expected
We booked two nights here, but it wasn't great. The room was kinda cramped and not as comfy as I hoped. The staff was friendly, but the food at the bar was just okay, nothing to rave about. I was looking forward to chilling by the pool, but it felt overcrowded during peak hours.
