Great hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. I remember the staff helping me with my suitcases on my first stay. Highly recommend enjoying the breakfast!

Incredibly friendly and very-very nice staff with great local knowledge. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a laptop-compatible safe and tea/coffee making equipment in the room. Friendly service throughout.

We stayed for a night in a room that felt dusty and dated. The air conditioning was loud. The friendly staff made dining at the hotel enjoyable, especially the homemade yogurt at breakfast. For a better experience, consider other hotels along Paseo de Montejo.

The hotel has lovely colonial charm, comfortable beds, and very accommodating staff who helped with plans. The front desk could be more personable, and the noise from the street and corridors can be bothersome at times. The food in the restaurant is amazing and worth a visit.
